Don't feel bad, Pat... I come to work every morning and cringe when I see my neighbor's brilliant window and tenant signage. We were underbid on the job and the owner and signguy are from the same country (besides the point). He not only got the cheapskate to go for 3 colors, he came up with a...
Thanks again. Unfortunately we are not prepping the surface, only rolling out the mag and it does have to butt perfectly :( I will make sure to tell the broker but he's assured me the wall will be flawless
warning well taken but they won't train their employees to do this and we'll continue to get paid to install it as long as the broker continues to be as in love with us as he is now. However, if by some chance we do lose the work, I'm not really sweating it. This was a job that came out of...
ok, did anyone watch the video(besides Pat, Stacy & Jhill)?! It is for the client who frequently changes their graphics. It's no more expensive then what they are doing now because the cost of the mag will be deferred by less labor cost. The initial prep of the wall to receive the magnet...

I'd show you the install cuz we wuz proud of it but...
the way all the videos show it going on, they make it look like a cake walk but I've gotten cynical in my old age. I ain't buyin' it. Jhill makes sense to me and brother, these people are PICKY!
I don't do any of the surface prep (the part like chalk paint) just the rolling out the magnetic...
I thought so too...
The story: I have a client, who's, I guess a "big time graphics broker" type, for lack of a better term or knowledge on the subject and he has a upscale client with only a few locations across the country (one in my city). They frequently change the "window dressing". They...
