blade goes in between the marks. if yours cant find the marks no matter what you do, take a ruler and a FINE point pen such as a Precise V5 from Pilot, and redraw the marks on top of the lam.

try using a heat applied textile material contour cut in a plotter such as color print II.

i think that adhesive on the reflective would toast that vinyl zapper. steam sounds like the best route.
