The instructions that solventinkjet.com provides are identical to the service manual. Chapter 3 Head Replacement - these are the detailed instructions for head replacement. I did this right along side of ex Roland tech (stayed in touch with the guy who did the initial set-up on my printer)...

If you screw up 25% of the time I'd venture to say it just might be time for a new line of work.

Back when my SP-300V was doing this exact same thing the solution was installing a new K/C print head from Solventinkjet.com. Printer has printed flawlessly since new printhead was installed.

Anyone recognize these vehicle graphics?

Already answered your question this morning in another thread. A new thread is not going to change the fact that your model printer was not produced yet When Flexi 8 was released, you need a newer version of Flexi or better yet simply register your printer with Roland and download Versaworks.

I believe you need a newer version of Flexi to get the driver for that paticular printer. I recall back in 2006 I had to upgrade to Flexi 8.1 to get the driver for my SP-300V.

Mario, so where are you buying your vinyl now?

Better question would be ... Why do you own sign software and a vinyl cutter without first knowing the difference between a raster image and a vector image? Isn't this like putting the cart before the horse so to speak? Also ... You do understand that file format does not always dictate image...

Plenty of clearance, 30" media with tiles (panels) set to approx 27" or less. I've even done testing with other files with the panels set to 15" or less and the same thing occurs every time, the overlap setting changes after versaworks is closed and reopened.
