You state that no changes were made between the first prints and the reprints then in a later post you state that ink cartridges were changed after first prints were done, that right there is a variable (change) now isn't it? Isn't it possible that that is your culprit in the color shift?

When my SP-300V was doing that it was the printhead going bad. Replaced it with a new one from solventinkjet.com and it's printed flawlessly ever since.
Try breaking your collar bone at 60, my shoulder is toast. As I age I find the best way to combat life's aches and pains is with extreme activity/exercise. 300 push-ups a day and my shoulder doesn't feel so lame. Pedal 25 miles a day and legs, knees & back feel much stronger. Do more, not less.
I have always used GE Silicone II, never a problem except when it comes to removing the letters. I have used it many times along with Home Depots Behr Premium Plus Exterior Paints, got jobs out there using these two products going on 15-20 years and nothing has fallen down.
