Didn't click "Get Media Width" before cutting did you? Not necessary and can screw things up.
I preferred the old "New Posts" feature which showed all new posts since your last visit. Now we have "New Unread Posts 3,693" and "All Recent Posts" both of which do not do what the old feature did or am I missing something here?

Also experienced adhesive oozing from the ends of the media while printing resulting in adhesive stuck all over and inside my pinch rollers (probably due to it being a water based adhesive). Had to remove pinch rollers to remove all the adhesive from them...
What method are you using to attach hanging rail to sign face (polycarbonate)? I see a lot of them attached with rivits, any paticular reason why one would use rivits? I have always attached them with Weld-on, any reason why you would advise against this method?
Anybody using the roll stock polycarbonate from N. Glantz? It appears to be a generic brand with a low price which leaves me concerned about it's quality.
I have installed the complete Trans Am decal packages on restorations. They are available from "Classic Industries", these decals are identical to the GM originals (licensed OEM products, screenprinted on Avery 2 mil cast clear vinyl).
