Guide lines to good advertising layout is another good reading like ..Mike Stevens Mastering layout.. and after that Dan Antoneli 2 books. these will give you a good start when put to practice.
I was lucky to go to a trade school and learn sign layout and painting, from a award winning designer / painter.
This day in age a graphic course that include some form of software study, anything after that is money and what school / teacher.
Currently using a web builder from host as I have done for years and it has done well, my future current plans are learning code and then create my own website for hosting.
Tattoo's are awesome to see artworks , those 2 carved looking ones are beyond awesome indeed looks like same artist.
Knows I'm to practical on cash to spend it on bling. Have way to many enjoyable other things to spend it on.
Very interesting colors and how you used them, also like the amount of space left open which makes a colors like this work so well. beautiful and perfect for it's viewing pleasure.
I'm glad to hear it is working and starting to pay for it self, know many people that say billboards pay for them self.
As far as next one use less words in the tag line... Present one 3 words easy could be gone and say the same.

Kerning is good for signs with closer view.. not billboard.
Other then that looks good.
