You can use "sticks" of EMT.(Electrical Metal Tubing) Cheap as chips and available at any hardware store. IIRC the last 1/2" I bought cost about $1.40 for ten feet. Attachment is up to you. Easy enough to use hem tape or PVC cement to make a pole pocket.
Always take the time to make sure your media is loaded squarely. Run a print/cut job then reload the media, squarely. Using the sheet cut feature just gives you a perfectly straight line on potentially skewed media.(wife found that out the hard way) You probably knew that already, but it's...
Just a shot in the dark, but I would check your graphic for a bounding box(from a mask possibly) or if your page is way bigger than your material. After that check your tile settings in Flexi.
For $2500 get a new US Tech with a warranty. Lots of folks here have them and seem to be real happy.
If you still insist on the RS:
Need to see if the rollers were left in the down position. If they were, over three years they probably have flat spots. If they didn't next thing check the...
"Automotive enthusiasts" are going to want Ford, Chevy, Dodge etc... You can't do those. Harley Davidson is another that will rain hell fire on you for producing anything that says any variation you can come up with.
Interesting tidbit: Friends of ours that have a massive sign operation had...
Didn't Colorado say he got his 360 for $17,000.00 because he put a deposit? My old brain fails me on the exact details. I remember it sounded like a smokin' deal though.
Be extremely careful about what you're doing. IG panels(insulated glass) can only have a certain opacity of film installed. Solar gain will expand whatever gas is in between the panes and pop the glass. This is absolute fact.
One of our good friends makes his living as a commercial tint...
Best way to weed out payers from tire kickers is to be upfront with pricing. I tell them what the shop rates and minimums are. Sometimes I hear a click then a dial tone. LOL
I never feel bad when they hang up either since I know I've avoided trouble. YMMV
We run a 65" Royal Sovereign. No issues once I figured out what it likes. Can laminate full rolls with very little drift.
One thing you may want to check into is a RollsRoller. Probably be perfect for what you're doing. http://www.rollsroller.com/

Another thing I learned is to adjust the nip tension. My SP540V was cutting all over the place until I adjusted how hard the pinch rollers push down on the media.
When I "give" jobs to my friends at another shop I get a percentage. These are big jobs requiring engineering, site surveys, form and pour concrete, sub grade excavation etc...
Otherwise I do everything here with the help of magnificent trade only printers.
Absolutely incredible what can be...
To add a little fuel to this fire. Dump truck drivers on our highway project start at 37 bucks an hour. This is fact.
The son of a good friend drives dump truck and relayed this tidbit. And folks wonder why federal highway funds will run out shortly.
