Layout all of your letters on paper with spacing just the way you want it, trace around each letter. Cut some of the studs down where just 1/4" stick out, place them into the holes in back of letters and place over traced letter. You can put a lenght of cardboard under paper. Press down letter...
You can name a folder "script" and when installing make sure your fonts that are scrpt goes in that folder. When you open FontBook go to script folder click on a font and it shows up as big or as small as you want it. Pretty simple and it handles fonts without all the problems.
I use Macs also and for years used Suitcase for fonts but when Apple put Font Book on the system and it works better than Suitcase. I just use Font Book now and WYSIWYG works great in all my programs.
I can see Tex's final pic on Tapatalk on my phone but not on my computer as Gino has that problem also. It just shows the word (IMG) on post #42. All the previous pics are still showing.
But seeing the last layout that sold looks a lot nicer because you got rid of the funky font that people use...
Use to be a company called Acme Plastics many years ago, in the 70s who made those. They have been gone for some time now. Gemini makes small letters, check them out.
I like yours for a sign on the side of the road and their's is more for a poster sign where you can stand still and read it.
