i've had success obtaining RGB values from the ColorMuse, and using that as my starting point for color matching prints to paints/vinyls.

closest i've seen to a "lime green" would be Avery V-8013 Fluorescent yellow.green metalized prismatic reflective.

+1 to comments regarding illuminated white cabinets with copy overlaid are horrendous. The white will always glow brighter than any vinyl applied to the face, and content becomes blurry at a glance. the blue background option would be ideal because their logo POPS when illuminated, but if...

we've cut plenty of it, its a pain, but you can make it work. for starters, 60degree blade or bust! I jcopy/paste my vectored shapes on top of itself before outputting... i forget if i did this a 3rd time, but the idea was that the blade would score the material on the first-pass and penetrate...

i don't think the dampers just simply allow the ink the "fall out" of the printhead. the system is open/closed via the capping station & ink pump operations, refreshing the siphon-effect of the ink supply, but stops/closes the flow when parked on the capping station with "closed" inkpump lines...

unfamiliar with cjv30's ink system, but it sounds like you're not getting enough ink flow. Even if the printhead is firing again after your cleaning, the white lines lead me to believe it is still "gasping" for ink supply. Posting a link to an old thread that includes steps to verify ink...
