We did it last year during football season. The first one got too hot and turned into a giant fireball of fat. After the tear filled funeral for all that wasted bacon goodness we made a second one that was awesome.

Your best option is to make them hang it themselves. If you're going to do it use silicone instead of liquid nails. Silicone will flex as the Dibond expands and contracts. Liquid nails dried hard and brittle and tends to pop off.

I sub my printing out to a company that prints, laminates, and ships my stuff the same day. I've never had a problem with lamination failing, with images ghosting onto the paint, or outgassing bubbles. I've done several thousand square feet with no issues....maybe I'm just lucky.

Like btropical said, call glass shops near you and ask about salvage glass. They may not have what you need right then but if you wait a bit you'll be surprised what you can get cheap, if not free.
