I have done poly stencils quite a few times with my plotter. i use my old roland cm24 for this, and i always save the worn 60deg blades to do it. I do 2 passes, and this scores it nicely, then a little flex and snap it out. no problems.

I think it looks great! The thing that strikes me though, is the Tony's logo being behind the truck. I know it makes sense from a perspective sense, but seems the truck is taking precedence over the logo. Unless you WANTED it that way...nice work Vid.

Mosh, how come you're not making money charging for parking? The theater may have been willing to pay a monthly rental fee. And a few poles in the ground will protect the side of the building. Your insurance company would probably pay to fix the building. And maybe some poles.

Thanks, yeah, i tried to adjust it but was unsuccessful- there seems to be little allowance for side to side movement. It was off the other direction too which I was able to correct easily. I am doing a head soak right now, so later I'll attempt to address that again.

Too bad it's not closer to front - it would make a nice display area, with some directional lighting and stuff.
