If you do not want to do something because you feel it will come back on you, don't do it.
Like the guy who had strong religious beliefs and did not want to make the wedding cake for a certain couple.
I am sure that couple had a cake made by someone else just like the others here who do not...
I use a full frame Nikon camera with a 35mm prime lens. If you stay at the same level as the object you are shooting it is pretty accurate. A 50mm lens also can be used but when you get into zoom lens is when the distortion starts to happen. If you're taking a pic of a tractor-trailer with a...
Agree, you need a heat strip with nighrome wire in a channel and polycarb heated to 300 degrees evenly.
If you have any cold spots it will not bend evenly. You need to job it out to a professional to get that long bend.
No way a heat gun will do a nice job on a long bend, thats bad advice and...
Didn't 3M come out with a special laminate years ago for horizontal installs such as roofs on cars and trucks.
But bob has been talking about how good that liquid laminate is for so long, I am going to buy some and try it out.
You can take your phone photos and bring them into Photoshop and improve them in many ways. Lot of Youtube videos on that subject. I have the newest IPhone and it takes better pics than my last one which was a IPhone 6.
Did you take that pic of the sign with your phone, because it is a decent photo of the sign. $200-$300 is not much for a decent DSLR camera. Sony, Nikon, Canon all have small pocket cameras that take great pics but they come with a price.
Select vector image you want to cut, Go to Object, then down to path, then to offset path and select distance you need for your cut path. You can use preview to see distance off of your selected vector. The offset path will be saved as your cut path.
If it is not a vector you selected as the...
If they are acrylic letters that can be stud mounted then that is what I order and prefer to install them that way with a pattern as to where I need to put the holes for stud mounting. If they are small and to thin to use studs, then the VHB tape with a little dab of silicone is used.
Testing...
I have used the square registration marks as others have mentioned to line up before applying but only for small decals with regular transfer tape. But for large multi-color work such as on boats, I use clear tape and application fluid. You can see where you are applying it over the color below...
Have seen the great sign layouts Visual800 has drawn. Keep the faith that things might change in your area or maybe you might move where you are appreciated.
So why don't you tell me how you really feel.
The way the story went... certain people injected their beliefs in these posts, you, The Toad came in and made a mockery of their beliefs, I made a comment about your beliefs and you unloaded on me telling that you are better than I was, Could not...
Man! you are really a Mean Old Man. And also so full of yourself. I wrote out a bunch of stuff on here and then realized it was a waste of time talking to you. You're better than me at everything with your God-given talents.
equippaint is right, Hooker talk is more interesting
Hey Toad: at least I don't have to copy and paste how I feel with your pic you found to show your feelings. Also, Francis Bacon was not an Atheist.
Just reacting to your dribble on someone's beliefs. Your just a Copy Paste kind of guy. I am not judging you because if I was the judge, I would...
Just one more thought, can you imagine what the Sistine Chapel ceiling would have looked like if someone like TimToad was picked by the Pope to paint it. Just a white ceiling with moons aligning. Thank God he picked someone with great faith and understanding.
BTW, those two "lads" were Zeus and...
