48" is hard to find. It means the sheet would need to be extruded sideways, so their extrusion die and machine would need to be over 8' wide. I do think inteplast, primex and Coroplast have at least one 8' wide line though.

We do alot of contour cutting and you don't need to worry about placing registration marks, we do that. Our Zund cutter is pretty accurate.
