Is there a clear coat or something on it? You need to match the finish first (this might include an overlam) and then the color. Gloss, matte, etc.

You could use a foot shear. That'd what we used to use before we got our guillotine cutters and later our Zund. If you want to sub this out, we can do it.

We're able to gut them out of 4x8 sheets of coro. Flutes run vertical to the ground when they are set up. This gives them the best strength.

Double the rolls. By the yard, triple or more. You could also put a bunch of random scraps in a "Grab Bag" for $10 or whatever. I see leather shops and hobby stores sell stuff like this all the time. Just bag up all the small offcuts and sell it to a hobbyist.

Wow. I didn't think this would spark such controversy. I agree that with this very simple demo, increasing the stroke would have done the same thing as an offset path, but there are times when understanding how to create an offset path in Illustrator are helpful. Hopefully, this helps someone...

You're on the right track. That's a UV Coater, and with small parts, that's probably what you need. Keep in mind that the UV coating is not nearly as durable as a film laminate with a UV inhibitor though. It's mostly to give it a higher gloss level.
