First impression from looking close at the "s" is maybee it is from the ACaslon family of fonts (adobe). Looks to be modified a little with uppercase being mixed with lower.
Bottom line is Mistral of course ;)
I dont need to reproduce the logo. My customer who owns a garage just wanted a font like the logo on his truck to be used for his own stuff (i.e. web adress stickers, secondary copy for his signs).
I told him beforehand that i didnt think it was a font. But he said try to see if you can get...
Thanks Bobby.
Thats close enough for me :thumb:
Customer wants this font to be used in his advertising. I will figure in the cost of the font into my job quote and see what he thinks. If he bickers i will just use Serpentine.
I wouldnt talk to Roland or anyother manufacturer directly. I'd go to the supplyer closest to me or one that i feel comfortable dealing with. They sell Roland? great... They sell Mutoh? great..

Random ink spots are caused by an accumulation of ink around the heads or on the hook at the rear of the printer carriage. When you have many spots. that is a combination of ink and small hairs or dust that sticks to the eccess ink around the heads .. and the ink builds up on the hair and then...
Hard to say what it is you are doing wrong, or what issues might be at hand with your setup. I would suggest to post your questions on the Roland forums. Theres allot more Versacamm users there and all of them love to help.

Different media give different results. Gloss media gives much brighter colors than matte. I think you are using Versaworks as a rip as well and i have no experience with it. I find some profiles in my rip (Color choice 2) do not print nice. So many times i use the same profile for different...
I clicked on chinese brand just cuz it made me laugh so much i had to vote for it :Big Laugh
I was working with Gerber plotters since the 4b was out, moved to the Sprint and Supersprint (that thing had awesome speed!) and finally the shop i worked for went with 3 GSX-15. All of them were total...
