Talk to Bobby Fosson at CS Sign supply. He’s super helpful and I have done multiple upgrades with him.

I think I’m going to give it a shot to change it out. I talked to VanderJ on the phone for a little bit and I’m most likely going to buy a printhead after doing some reading on how to swap it out.

What do you consider a lot? Haha. Yeah i've had a few accidents. It really only prints bad when printing heavy black. This is an 8 year old printer.

No one is going to like what I'm about to say, but you should try it with some application fluid. Yes, I'm aware you are using an air-egress film which is meant to be applied dry.

Yes. I've tried everything you can think of other than taking the side cover off and making adjustments to the rollers.

I have that model GFP and I'm not thrilled with it. It works okay, but i'm still struggling to get it to track straight. If I could do it over again I'd spend more money on a Seal.
