Could drop the tape and switch to HH66 glue.
Once you get the hang of it the glued edges stay much flatter than taped ones.
Will cost less too.

Stealth is right - your nozzle check is not good.
Clean it as best you can with some long soaks, don't think overnight head replacement is going to happen.
What version of flexi are you using? And what material do you need to print on by tomorrow? You need banners done or the vehicle wrap...
He really had a positive impact on people he came in contact with.
A person can't do much better than that in the short time we have here.

Sounds like you have most of the bases covered.
In your reply you say that it prints great quality but that you see the same issue on any material you print? Has it printed this way from the time you bought it?
Can you post up that nozzle check and a sample of the banding issue?

Might not be able to help but with more information there's a better chance of finding the problem.
What does the nozzle check look like, can you post a photo of the latest one here?
What Rip software are you using?
What material are you printing on (have you printed it without issues before)...

Xerox is getting out of the wide format biz - at least in the US market so it is going to be harder and harder to get service, parts and inks out of them in the...
Flexi will run it if you at least ver8.6.
You can load both setups for the Mutoh 1604 and 8264
This will allow you to use the Xerox material icc profiles along with
all the ones available for the 1604.
I have this set up with a 8254.

Artbot hit it right on the head and was constructive to boot.
