Track saws are fantastic, like said, cuts dead straight and has a hose for attachment to get debris.

If you design in Illustrator and are set up in RGB and save as .pdf you should get good colors printing it from Illustrator without going into Photoshop.
I can cut through a 6" steel pipe with a MIlwaukee hackzall without a problem! Probably the fastest way is to tie a chain to it and pull it over with my truck. Get out of the way and go bid on some storage units.
