make sure the vinyl is not lifting off the back sensor when cutting. I generally roll off some "slack" in the vinyl.

do you have apple green in a standard vinyl? 15x10

I do not want to steer you away from professional design software(which you will need down the road), but you could take a look at Inkscape which could suffice at this time. It will import many types of files. It will export .eps which you should be able to import into your cutter software.

If it is new did you contact your vendor about this problem? I would have them come out & do any tweaking that is necessary(you don't want to break anything & it not be covered after the fact).

MagicJack has my interest...I am using Vonage currently & it works with the fax also. Does MagicJack receive calls or just dial calls? Will it work with fax?

I always use the arrows & then hit the origin button. Not the answer you were looking for I know, as this has to be done every time(as far as I know).

Instead of constantly moving the device you might consider using a product like logmein.com which will allow you to access the computer remotely from any computer that has internet access. You may have already considered this, but I thought I would throw it out there.

Could there be a way of Merchant Members PM their wares/sales, etc. to members? Some kind of "reply all" sort of thing? That way when members log on they can check their PMs & reply. Just an idea.

I have no input, but my Belkin died yesterday. Nothing like using a thumb drive to move files...fun.

My last employer had PMS charts printed out on all in house substrates, vinyl, aluminum, pvc, etc. Then we would take the actual PMS chart(the one that fans out) & find which color match was closest. Then make a note in the job for future orders if using same substrate.
