I agree with the above post. There just isn't any way you will get even close. Florescent yellow is requires either a light source or special pigments that just aren't in the inks these printers use. You can get a very yellow yellow but it won't ever come close to florescent.

You blew a fuse on the main board during the head install. You are going to have to solder a new one on. I believe the fuses on that machine are 2amp.

Anytime you do anything with a main board you should back up parameters. It's just good practice. It takes 2 seconds and could save you in a bind.

UV prints almost always require heat assist for pressure sensitive laminates in order for them to lay down into the texture. If you don't have heat assist, that's the problem not the laminate. You can also use a spray laminate but hat gets messy.
