Higher quality? People print at 100 dpi and it looks great.. They print at 300 dpi and cannot tell the difference.. How is printing at a higher res that shows no difference make for higher quality?

ya,, that set up is for a milling machine.. Those angle blocks give it all away. Programing the router to go over or around the clamps will be a lot of extra work..

A little perseverance and a little knowledge can go a long way..
