If you are tearing up the pen then you are doing something wrong, you are only supposed to gently clean the right hand leading edge of the print head with the cleaning pen. I would suggest checking your manual for diagram of proper head cleaning procedure, or go to Roland's site Support...

Yes they both work fine with a ColorCamm although I prefer to use Mactac 9800 in mine.

I believe that machine can be ran directly out of Corel or Illustrator using the Windows driver and not needing CoCut at all, most PC-60 users prefered to use Corel to run those machines. I would recommend going to Rolands ColorCamm User Forum and asking other users just how to set it up for...

I currently use both a thermal resin printer and an inkjet printer but with quantitys such as those I would outsourse those from a wholesale screenprinter, you just might find them to be cheaper in the long run.

I too experimented with the Oracal profiles on my SP-300V and it appeared to lay down a heck of a lot of ink so I went back to using the Roland media profiles with the Oracal media.
