I have the 65" RS and it's been good. Know nothing about the Seal other than shops that own them seem to like them. I would be more inclined to get another RS though. You are familiar with the controls and worst case you could swap parts to keep going on a job. I'm a fan of redundancy.

For the rare time I need pre-made kits I use Vinyl Graphics in Oostburg WI. Years back I used AAWI which is now Restylers Choice.

If the paint is done right it will be quite heavy. 1) Epoxy sealer on bare metal. 2) Bodywork(bondo) 3) 2K style surfacer. 4) Base shade/sealer for color match/holdout 5) Basecoat 6) Clearcoat. The latest high solids products are super heavy.

We run all perf on the VW High Speed setting. No point trying to do a high res print when half of it's missing. All you do is waste ink and time and it doesn't look any better.
