    looks like minion pro bold condensed display, possibly stroked to further embolden, and manually condensed further

    dont know much about this, but in searching I find that you can save a swatch pallette from illy as an ASE file, and load that into indesign

    Halftone fade between two spot colours

    the white is what is used to 'lighten' the visual color - thats how halftones work
