If Thrive is a recent idea to change the name... get him to change it again. All I can think of is gum.
If you turn the icon 90 degrees you get two little properties to rent. With a bit of colour fiddling, you might get the bottom section to look like land and the top section to look like sky.
I'd flatten bluegrass and bring it to the front. Then I'd slide it back until the decender on the g was between the words in the panel. I would also explore ways to make bluegrass pop a bit more. The tones in the fills and outlines are all fairly close now.
Are you struggling with any particular aspect of it? There's things with it I don't care for and other things I do. I don't care for the "bluegrass" being dimensional while the rest is flat. I do like the fade in the panel. Good use of a fade.
The little arrow in the first e distracts my eye and I stumble across the rest of the words as a result. The second arrow coming off the t doesn't affect me though.
Of coarse if it's not adding anything it's probably taking something away.......
