    ummm, did you try asking your tech what to print it at? not to be mean, but he's the pro and we're just a buncha internet trolls. should be picking his brain, and then sharing the juicy bits with us to make fun-of. I print on it at approx. 240degrees. (HP latex printer)

    Lol Yeah, instruction manual says that you need to have material in the machine for it to work. Was this problem happening when the tech was there? I highly doubt any tech worth his salt would load a cutter incorrectly.

    on the Jv3 you're allowed to unplug and re-insert the cartridge, and then the machine prompts you to "add remain?" & enter a value of 0 up to 30cc.
