  4. Very Fine Banding Issue on JV33

i'm also a fan of taking a foam swab that is saturated in cleaning solution, and giving the head one-clean-wipe across the face of the printhead just like your wiper blade would. don't scrub, and repeat if desired, but don't reuse the same side of the foam swab.

get the GOOD magnetic material, print on vinyl, and apply to magnet material before you trim to shape... and you'll never have, or had, any issues like myself. EZPZ
  6. Printing onto vinyl and contour cut, can anyone advice?

:Welcome:2:signs101: 1) not long at all 2) yes, but it's not automatic. I am not familiar with signcut, but you will most definitely have to setup shapes intended for cut, spot colors to designate cut paths, and manage settings to make sure that your rip/printer/cutter are all supported. 3)...
  7. Reflective sign options

full-field reflective does not read well for anything but traffic signs. go with cheaper production option, to have white panel with reflective graphics applied ...printing on white reflective vinyl would be an option as well, assuming you desire full field reflective.

  20. LED dimming and or flashing, not all of them...

if a power supply is bad, the whole section goes-out. blinking LED's are a wiring issue, or a faulty diode. LEDs are really simple to work with, and can be handled/wired while HOT (12v) BUT remember that behind the transformer is enough power to kill you, and should be locked&tagged-out if you...
