Other than a dirty sensor, the only time I've gotten a persistant axis error was a ribbon cable wiggled itself loose. Glad you got it sorted out.

besides needing some shading, the ripping needs to be rough on the inside and outside.. you have like that amoeba shape on the inside with tearing on the outside.

I don't weed, that's someone else's job. But if I do, an exacto.. the same way you pick out the insides of letters.. What's weeding out something inside a board vs weeding something without a border? Unless you're using one of those fancy machines to weed for you.

OK you have a few things to check. First, make sure that the amount of material you send to print is the same length that it's actually printing. If you send 12' and it's coming out 11'6" then you will have a problem since it only checks within a couple inches of where it thinks the mark is...
