any clear printables have been really pricey. I use 3M IJ3650-114 @ $1psf. however, while playing around with samples, I have had success printing on clear laminate which comes at about 3/4 the price.

insulate the cartridge the best you can (to help keep from freezing) and check it. I once drank a whole bottle of hot sauce in front of a TSA agent, because I didn't want to simply let it go to waste when they confiscated it. :covereyes: (pineapple habanero hot sauce from Maui.... freakin'...

maybe you're running low on rip computer HD/RAM? either that, or is your rip computer is going into stand-by mode during a long print?

oracal 5600 or 3M 5100, both have performed just fine for me. ...although I prefer the former, as the price definitely settles the tie.

a little tension on the media also helps keep it flat.
