ironchef, the heaters on a latex printer heat up pretty high to cure the ink. Your in Miami, better have the AC on high in that printer room. But you can take the print right off and laminate without waiting.

Get some 8' green channel posts (the ones stop signs are on). Some nuts and bolts with large washers. Drive the #2 posts into the ground and attach the 3x5 coro using bolts and washers, at least #6 per side. Or as others suggest, ACM panels with posts dug in with stringers.

If you look closely you see clear strapping tape holding the WalMart one together. It makes the parking stops look nicer.

Also the OP wanted to know if there was a faster way to "outgass" the prints. Someone on here years ago devised a fan under a milk carton and inclosed it leaving the top exposed so the air passed over the prints inside causing them to dry faster. My printroom is in a controlled temp of 75...
