You could paint that with some flat black latex paint, but I would tell him to have an awning company put a new cover on it, then you could put graphics on for him. Would look a lot nicer and professional.
ironchef, the heaters on a latex printer heat up pretty high to cure the ink. Your in Miami, better have the AC on high in that printer room.
But you can take the print right off and laminate without waiting.
You are a nasty little man DerbyCity. What is your job in the sign shop, loading rolls in the printer for the grumpy old man that runs it and telling everyone how smart you are. I think Elizabeth Warren left you on somebody's doorstep 20 years ago.
Get some 8' green channel posts (the ones stop signs are on). Some nuts and bolts with large washers. Drive the #2 posts into the ground and attach the 3x5 coro using bolts and washers, at least #6 per side. Or as others suggest, ACM panels with posts dug in with stringers.
There use to be a company called Acme Plastics that made those. But that was 30-40 years ago and I have no idea what happened to them.
Try buysignletters.com and they have those small abs letters.
Also the OP wanted to know if there was a faster way to "outgass" the prints. Someone on here years ago devised a fan under a milk carton and inclosed it leaving the top exposed so the air passed over the prints inside causing them to dry faster.
My printroom is in a controlled temp of 75...
