Quick question, what size box do you use to ship folded banners. I'm starting to do a fair amount online and shipping rolled is getting pricey for customers.
I know, I've done that once before but I had rubbed it and took off a big chunk of the ink. There wasnt any saving it. So Temp and interpass delay. Will give that a try. I was using the setting that the machine had for that product. In what increments should I raise the temp so as not to...
Yes it started out as a consistent band that runs across the print horizontally. It was a heavily covered banner in black. After it was ruined, I crumpled it up and into the dumpster. However, I just pulled it out to take a pic and now the residue is all over it. Maybe raise the curing temp...
Hey All, Maybe someone has had this issue. When I print gloss vinyl banners, I seem to end up with oily residue on the print. The ink doesn't cure right in these locations and rubs off. It seems to do it in random locations. Its cheap Key Banner Gloss 13oz. Could this be a problem w the...
Did you ever resolve this? I have an Image 600 that the top roller heats up immediately regardless of switch position. I haven't gotten into it yet but saw this and thought I would ask. Could be the relay I suppose or the temp controller.
Glad the took care of you. I've been a long time HP Fan. I have a HP Z workstation as well as a Z Book I use on the road. I have contracts on them both and HP has never let me down when I have an issue. As far as the printer, the tech was there the next business day.
So after some cleaning and a couple of parts were up and running and seems to be printing great. Another plus was we discovered there was still warranty coverage on the machine. Thank you again to those that chimed in w advice on this. Next, keeping color between the monitors and printer...
Oh I am believe me. I'm away on biz this week and the heads and ink were just delivered. First thing I do when I get back. It was a gamble for sure but I basically bought it for what the guy owed the bank. They had 4 printers. 2 370s and 2 360s.
Well there were no heads in it. It had a piece of vinyl hanging out of it. So I guessi whosever it was grabbed the heads it was taken. I never saw it print so risky I know. Only error in the log other than the standard ones I read about on here was cyan ink level sensor.
So we bought our first printer. It was a repo, last job printed in the log was Jan this year. Just bought new heads and ink. Anything special I should look into before firing it up. I know the risk w used gear but got it for a very reasonable price.
