If the printer has an almost perfect nozzle check after sitting and then looses nozzles after printing, you are getting air in the system. When you said that you replaced the head, where did you buy it from what was it a Mutoh supplied print head or was it from a third party. If it was a third...
You have to report it as stolen to the police and SAi and file an insurance claim and buy a new copy. Without being able to return the Key to SAi they won't issue you a new license.

What type of Alcohol are you using the prep the boards? I have seen Ethel Alcohol cause issues in the past. I would try some other cleaning agent to prep the boards to see if it makes a difference. We have a couple of beer distributors running coroplast all day long with these inks and haven't...
How long after you wipe the boards do you print on them? Also what are you wiping them down with, paper towel, cloth etc? What print mode are you running?

I have yet to hear of the prints failing on the Mutoh UV so quickly.
You said you prep the boards, what do you prep it with. Also what print mode are you printing with?

The sub tank high error message normally means the opposite of what you would think it means. That message pops up on the 1624 when the sub tank high sensor is not tripped in the time allowed. Normally it means that the ink is empty and for some reason the ink end sensor didn't trip. The...
The Cutting Mat is definitely a wearable item that needs to be replaced periodically. It really depends on how much and what type of material/cutting you are doing. The strip for the FC8000-160 is only about $40 plus shipping. It is definitely worth it to replace it. Once the teflon strip...
There should be a setting on the Cutter called Page Length. Set that value to something longer than your job and it should work. On the newer cutter it is under the Menu labeled Area Parameters but I am not sure what it is under on the FC5100.
Try the one called Margin Marks. That is as close as Production Manager gets to what you are looking for and should do what you need.

If you have a hardware key you can still split them. Just run the installer on the second computer and use the same activation code. Make sure to keep the key on the Production Manager computer.

You have to check the head slants and then run the bi-directional alignments on a known media thickness in Diagnostics Mode for Drop Master to work correctly. Drop Master adjusts the bi-directional alignments based on the distance the ink has to travel to the media. If the printer wasn't...
I have done work on these printers for Avery, we are a Mutoh Service Authorize Dealer. I know that Avery has those ink levels preset in the RIP, it needs a certain density to be put down to be complaint with their warranty. I would definitally try to re-install the profile or preset. If that...
There could be several causes of this issue. I noticed you said that the ink was in a bag, does this mean you are using the Mutoh Liter Adapters? If you are make sure that the bag is fully seated in the adapter and that the ink line is in the proper place where the needle punctures the...
Try printing in uni-directional and see if that helps, you can change the setting in Flexi. If it does "fix" the issue than the printer is out of calibration and needs to be adjusted in Diagnostics Mode. It could be either the head slants or the Bi-Directionals are out.
