VW nerds are picky people, so I'd expect dude to give you some grief if it isn't done well. I can't tell you what to charge, but I'd pad your numbers in case they turn out to be a pita about imperfections.
Outgassing w/ the UV inks shouldn't be an issue.
Is the laminate shrinking? If there's poor adhesion on the Dibond to begin with once it lifts it's adios. You try flashing the Dibond w/ a flame before printing? It's sort of like a ghetto chroma treatment and works well when we're in a pinch...
Looks great. Regarding material we use a lot of the Mactac Bubble Free air egress stuff although I think you can get a near flawless look w/ the etchmark and a wet install. For our clients that's not always as crucial, but nicely done.
