    Is the Check Nozzle Pattern still at 90%? Looks like a nozzle issue to me. When was the last time you replaced the Maintenance Assy? Without a perfect Nozzle Check it will always appear to be banding... Unless you have changed the alignments, they should be ok... Again, the pic you posted shows...

    90%, this is most likely your issue... Head Alignments are simple, they are dead on or not. Ensure they are correct... If all nozzles are not firing you will see this in the print...

    Check/Clean the Encoder Sensors... I assume the Check Nozzle Pattern is correct...

    If you just replaced the MS and the nozzles have not recovered I would check the position of the MS... If the the Head is Capping properly and the nozzzles are not too far gone they should come back quickly... Proper Capping (Air Tight Seal) is the most important thing...
