You know what I did a trailer seamless trailer a month ago and the same thing happend. I haven't had this before and I am wondering if it has something to do with the versaworks update. I clean heads before every job. test print was fine as well.

I am waiting for one to come in... I had some help with the site community in decision. No down time to cut after printing, no dust from cut vinyl. Only wish they made 64" rolls instead of 60" then I can install seamlessly one sheet on pick up trucks.

I have the exact same issue. I have a sp540v and did a 40'trailer. Funny thing is that it looks like the one side of a panel prints fine and the other side is slightly darker. Makes me think that its a encoder strip that going bad or a sensor. Cant wait for the new Re640 to come in.
