  2. 3M wrap material

As an Installer I like the 180CV3. I haven't actually tried the MC series. I did find the 480 more aggressive when I was applying it but that might be because it was on more complex surfaces. When I was printing on my old L26500 HP both materials did great, latex loved that 3M material.
  3. National Companies Subbing out Installs... Your rules?

I do installs. I send a quote and get terms understood before I go out on site. Once pictures are sent I get a CC and process the payment. There are a few companies that I wait for a cheque in the mail. Recently I did a few installs for Vomela and I normally wait for a payment but they...

  5. Wall wrap installation pricing

For regular interior wall graphics on drywall I charge about 2-3$ depending on the Sq.ft. I Don't factor in windows and doors because really I charge to wrap that area and if it's not there I get paid for it and it makes up for any added time to trim around them. Every application is different...
  6. Standoffs for clear acrylic signs

Yup.. If installed correctly the standoffs will hang the acrylic. If you drill the holes in the incorrect location you'll add tension on the panel and that's when the "bowing" will occur. Depending on your stand offs you can over size your holes in acrylic which will give you a little wingle room.

  8. 25' x 40' Brick Wall

You might want to test the paint on the brick before you go any further. Most vinyl the is going to conform to the the textured surface is going to be quite aggressive. 20. Question 3M Vinyl Consistent Problems

Those lines form when you trap air in the "air release" channels and try to force it out and end up stretching the channels to the point where adhesive won't adhere any more. It's happened to me before I always thought of it as installer error rather then a defect in the vinyl. I always try to...
