First series of compression shirts specifically designed and constructed for Sportbike track Time and Apex MFG. Each shirt is customized with sponsor logos and name/number of the rider. These are Photoshop renderings but the final product looks exactly like these.

Just finished up this jersey. I think it came out great for the first one. This one has a reinforced collar, zipper, curved bottom hem and triple cover stitching. Got a few more to do this week.

We have 3 Epson 44" printers, Beaver tacky and HR for paper and the press is a custom made GeoKnight that is 48" x 48" which is air assisted. I can't believe I would ever say this but I have almost outgrown the heat press. Also if anyone else is interested, JTeck inks are being used.

Biker is correct, everything is printed via large format dye sub printers and heat pressed onto white material. For true color representation, white is best. Off white, light greys and pastel color base fabrics work as well but the value or shade of the fabric will alter the final image. Black...

Just wanted to show of a few things we did today. The JD hoodies were for a friend and myself, lol. A racing head sock with a Venom inspired character and a emergency response hoodie. A few other hard goods as well.

Thanks for all the compliments, guys. As far as the printing method, it's dye sublimation. Do a quick youtube search and you will see the basic way. Sublimation will work on synthetics only, no cotton. With that being said, you can print on a 50/50 cotton poly blend. But by doing this, the...

Just wanted to show off a few projects we finished as of late. These are all cut+sew and the materials vary from athletic fleece, boxed mesh jersey material, basic shirt material and regular fleece. All of it is moisture wicking as well. Hope you guys like 'em.
