  1. roller marks in print

On my CJV30 I can set any of the rollers to high, medium, low or no pressure at all. Also, I only get roller marks when it sits in one spot too long( in between print jobs) while the heaters are going.
  2. Come take this piece of junk

It sure kept me from buying one. Grimco was really trying hard to sell me a GS6000, but I went with Mimaki due to what I've read on this forum. I told Grimco about some serious issues shops were having with the GS6000, he seemed very surprised there was any issue with that printer.

  5. Briteline Shield laminate vs. Big Squeegee

I love my big squeegee, use it daily. However, if you ever feel the temptation to go cheap and buy Briteline's shield laminate. Don't use the BS. the thin paper backing will not push out ahead of the BS. Another lesson learned:banghead:

Hmm..I have been trying out the big 3 rips Onyx, Caldera and now Flexi. But Flexi has me stumped. It's probably something pretty simple and I'm just overlooking something. When I send the file to print it shows it's ripping and then printing in production manager, but my CJV30 is quite as a...
  10. Looking a t a Mimaki FX II series! Any other suggestions?

I have a Mimaki CJV30, same cutter just comes with a printer :) and I must say this thing cuts more precise than my little Graphtec ce5000. Contour cutting is way eaiser IMO. My Graphtec was always having issues with finding the registration marks. I don't think you could go wrong with Mimaki.
