I had Joe Diaz do this one for us. I can take no credit. You know what is like trying to design for yourself. I have tried many designs over the years but sometimes you have to leave your pride at the door and use someone that specializes in that area. It's just good business.

You aren't printing with a very glossy ink to start with so try to stick with a glossy banner material like Key Banner. Works awesome for us and it gives the ink a glossier look. Also check your heat if you are having drying problems.

Yes, Photoshop has a lot of cool tools BUT, just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. With limited experience I would suggest having someone create one for you. That way you can move on to other things.

I use Caldera 8 and it has been stellar so far. I can't speak intelligently about 9 but if it adds more functionality to the existing version, it can't be bad.:rock-n-roll:

Try creating a new file with the same dimensions and import into illy like you would a photo. You may have to touch up the work as you will most likely destroy any compound paths contained in the old file. Doesn't give an end of file error when you try to open it does it?

Silkabond. But it has an extremely long cure time. We do car dealerships on 12 x 24 vertical aluminum blanks. Works great.
