A few "unknown" brands as well as Rolands cling. You would think that one would work but nope

I've tried about 5 different brands of clear static cling and they all suck. The main problem I get is puddling/pooling of the ink. I have to slow the printer down to a crawl to get decent results and even then it's still less then great. Looking for suggestions on what to use with my Roland...

I can't divulge to much information so lets just say that this is not being used for a typical signage application. It will be used outdoors on a painted vertical surface to protect it from scratching.
