The hardest thing to say is "no". After the first couple of years getting the business into the black, the habit of saying "yes, now whats the question?" was deeply ingrained.
It was a matter of pride for me to say I was working 14-16 hour days and not taking a single day off for months...
I'm betting you have a roll just a sitting on the shelf.
It will probably last longer outdoors on a window in Florida than mounted on the inside of an external window up here in Canada.
a panel of Perf Vinyl, something like 70/30 for a store window. Alternately why not cut vinyl mounted to the inside of the glass or hang a mesh banner inside on rod pockets...the list is endless...but your chances of making money on this job are limited.
I think the issue is the blade is not completing the cuts. I'm sure I have seen this isue dealt with in the past. Is there a setting for 45 or 60 degree blades?
this may be the offset in the cutting menu. Mine is set to 0.250mm.
Have a look at that.
My versacam cuts great! So yours can cut great too.
most likely your knife is blunt or too far out of the holder or your pressure is too high and you are digging furrows. It is also very likely you have buggered up your cutting strip too.
Since this is your sixth post and you are incapable...

What is your business?
what are these prints for?
You have been doing a few digital prints lately...???
You need to give some more background in order to get answers, especially with your first post.
not a fan of double strike even though it is easier and cheaper.
Single strike the MPI with a reverse printed clear mounted on the other side of the lexan will give better frontlit/daytime color.
It's a cheaper fleet product. Ok for van sides etc. Not so good for complex curves.
I have done a few partial wraps that are still good after several years.
$125? I can make a sign retail for $25 with a Walmart Pinspot, a sheet of cardboard and a sharpie pen... no wait $5 worth of paint on the glass and leave the lights on behind it.
These aren't signs, they are cries for help.
To cheer myself up I will go and look at the banner stands for sale...
There is nothing wrong with haggling, providing you aren't insulting the other guy.
I hate it though when someone googles a price then expects me to match it.
We quote a fair price. I may have 10% of wriggle room, but no way I am chasing jobs to the bottom.
I am aware when talking to...
And yet you don't see people haggling at the checkout in Walmart.
I was recently doing some work for a caterer and asked them about people who force the price down. The respose was basically lower quality food and less of it.
I guess in signage terms it's coroplast.
I'm thankful that...
