    OMG, Thank you so much for the kind words, The sign is all 15lbs and 18lbs HDU, except for the Flag & Grass which is epoxy clay. Our process is done in layers to get a nice clean look, after all the elements are cut, primed, painted, then they are then assembled using pins and PLL construction...

    Thank you for the responses, Ken, we used metal pins and PLL construction adhesive the very small rocks are Epoxy Sculpt. The rocks are 18lb HDU. We did a lot of testing with different adhesives, and we found the PLL was the most user friendly and very strong.

    We like to use PLL premium in our shop, easier to control.
