    Just completed some smaller signs this week! Sometimes I have clients that ask us to make them a more simpler and smaller sign well this week I had 5 of those orders! The antique looking sign is a painted UV plywood made to look old. The other two are 18lb HDU. 3 down two to go.

    Hi John We use 18-30lbs HDU From Coastal Enterprises, We have used EPS as a rock face backer for a sign just a few weeks ago, but 99% of our work is with the HDU you can get a lot of detail from HDU, check out RogueRoller posts he has done some amazing work with EPS Foam.

    Yes slapkiss everything we do is all hand cut, textured, carved we have a lot of hand tools, odd ones and hand made, we have just the very basic woodworking tools in our shop, It takes time and we love it :-) Paul

    Hi We completed two signs a few months ago, but due to the TV schedule we had to wait to show them off, 36" circle, single sided, The black letters are inset carved. The smaller sign is a 28" circle made to look evil and old The TV show was Todd and the book of pure evil. 18lb HDU

    They use stretch frames on Semi trucks, mount a stretch frame and use a heavy vinyl banner on the side, when it's done make them a new Banner my 2cents. if there is clearance for one.
