By the way, if you have VinylExpress LXi Master, you should be contacting the company you bought it from for support. Flexi will offer support on the Flexi product but LXi is an OEM supported by the supplier (maybe SignWarehouse?)
Hope you get the help needed. There are plenty of Pro's and Con's to buying from a local dealer but if support/training is needed, there really is no other way to go. The amount saved buying from dealer 1000+ miles away will be eaten up quickly in lack of knowledge/support/service.

Overspray like that can be alot of things; static, ribbon cables, head, etc...
Normally this is a head replacement based on what I see in the images; after elimination the static issue first.
