It is also possible the plastic mylar guides were not installed correctly, or the white ribbon cable is too tight or does not have enough slack. A little difficult...

    How old is the unit? Consider replacing both left and right pinch roller wheels. One may be slightly more coned than the other from wear.

    Check the VersaWorks Log File regarding the two jobs.... chances are a different profile or Color Management Preset was used.

    So the tape is not holding the printed image in place? when you peel the backing, the print is not stuck to the transfer tape? What ink are you using in your Roland? Most standard clear transfer tapes will work with this product as well... The polyester tapes are reusable.

    Looks like a heater line caused by paused print or the like. The heater settings of 104/100 are sufficient. Have you tried the GCVP Profile on the Oracal 3651? Change Pre-Press to Max Impact or Sign and Display Is this Air Egress adhesive? I would also like to see a nozzle test, just to rule...
