    Print pattern not even?!

    Soaking may help a few nozzles but permanently deflected nozzles are just that. Replacing the head is my recommendation. When was the last time you cleaned and/or replaced the wipers, scraper, serge sponge and captops?

    Flexi 11/Cloud will open Flexi 7.x files but you must use the IMPORT function. Windows 7 will support VersaWorks and the VP-540 no problem. Chances are the XP and IP Address Configuration errors.

    LEF-20 has no choke valve. How many shots on the heads? Checked the pump for clogged lines? Recommend having a dealer do the service and be sure NO UV LIGHT GETS TO THE PRINTHEADS/DAMPERS/CAPTOPS/ETC. Exposing this ink to UV light while in the printer can result it severe problems/damage...

    Roland officially discontinued the Dongled version of Versaworks a while back. Finding a used copy would be your only option at this point.
