Even though signs365 is about 20 mins away from me I dont use them very often. However when I have the vinyl is usually not weeded. So you could use the vinyl you would normally weed away as a perfectly spaced template.
IDK if they still do that or maybe they weed the stuff they ship to make...
If this is the HP 64 cutter then why are you not going to HP for the driver? I know it is a summa (rebranded) plotter (i have it also) however you should get the HP version IMO.
I may be mistaken, however i think there is an option in the settings (on the plotter) called over cut or something like that. It will then cut past where the wheels start.
Not sure if that will help you, I have a migraine.
Good luck and Happy Friday!
We love the George knight presses (heatpress.com) All presses have a limit though. To get the most coverage you would need to do a heat shrink wrap on it and use a convection oven or the like.
Thanks for the reply.
I am sure it has a lot of life left in it. Maybe I will have to check on what parts would run to get it running again.
I am sure its much more attractive to someone if its actually printing.
We have an old (2006) Roland SP300v that is not plunged in anymore.
When it was last used the Blk print head was pretty bad.
The printer saw light use since we bought a 54" shortly after getting it.
It is all there and still powers up fine.
What should we do with it?
What is it worth?
Thank you!
I did this the other day and it still cut everything out fine.
I added all the stickers to PM and then nested them in 3 groups.
Printed them and then cut them and it worked perfectly.
Good luck!
I have one that I was going to list soon for parts. Its a very low milage SP300v that was working when shut down with the exception the blk/cyan head was shot.
I will add I am the original owner.
I was cleaning out my storage unit (climate controlled) and came across a couple rolls (5) of knifeless tape. I tried a little with some scrap color change wrap film and it did not want to cut.
It also did not really want to stay stuck to the surface that it was applied to.
My question is does...
I 2nd that. He is great. Have used him many times and always happy with the results and price.
Not to mention his turn around time is usually very fast.
Check eBay for a drive, it will come with the software on it already. Then you just swap it and turn on the printer and it set it up like it was new... I have been through a similar situation with HP.
Just make sure it is for your model and and not the 365.
Thank you both. Sorry I hadn't been back sooner. Our son has some health issues and we had to take care of that first.
So here is the latest...
I had ordered the part from partshere, however a few hours after ordering they canceled my order. They said to check back at a later time. Checking...
Ok, thank you! I looked and it says that it is not orderable thru the hp site. I did find a site that lists it and says it is in stock (partshere dot com). They list it for the latex 365, i am guessing that is ok. Will it come with the software/firmware on it? Or is it blank and I just use a usb...
The 3 LED light on the back going left to right. 1 is off, 2 is blinking, and the 3rd is on.
If it does need a new hdd, do you know how much they run and can I install it?
