I appreciate your help! We have a meter and have checked the wire up to the outlets. Checked the breakers, everything is good at least up to the outlet. It is for sure something with the printer.

Also if you are not all ready, try a new blade. The cleancut blades seam to be sharper, so if you are not using them maybe try that too.

I would take the 1-2 minutes it takes to test the settings for each material. They make it so easy to test the setting that there is no reason not to. Everyone's going to have different settings. Ours oracal 651/751 our pressure is at 11. For print and laminated about 18.

We have 3 Graphtec plotters and 1 Roland. No one uses the Roland. So we are obliviously partial to Graphtec. They are built to last and at least ours are very accurate/fast.

Had one sit for about 7 months did a test print and got nothing. Did a manual cleaning, carefully put a swab w/ cleaning fluid on the bottom of the print heads. Did 2 powerful cleanings, and a bunch of normal cleanings. Got the M/Y print head back at 100% and the B/C print head...cyan is 100%...
