If its to size, the rolled up graphic fits cleanly within the door span, simply let it roll down, tack and apply. if its larger with bleed you have to push it in and the edges turn up. it makes it harder to pull off the release liner. Gives no added benefit IMHO. I've done them both ways. I...

I'm not comfortable remanufacturing a printer part... nor should I have too. OKI should service their printers. If they are still making the printer, they have a part somewhere, and it's not a 5 month shipping time away. This is unacceptable.
Mine is worn down. We think the cause is running Visual Magnetic material through it. Its a magnetic receptive material that has iron dust on the back. We think it sanded down the grit roller over time.
I have a worn down grit roller for my Seiko (oki) Colorpainter M64s. OKI says they are back ordered until May !!!

It's the cost of doing business. Build it into your pricing if you do a lot of credit card business. It's only 3-5%. Nothing that will kill a sale. If one of my clients is going to jump ship for 3%, someone else can have them. You'll never make money on that type of client. Just my two cents.
