  5. What is best tool to cut multiple sheets of 1/16 " polycarbonate sheets?

    why do you need to cut them all at once? with a t square and some sharp blades that should take one person not much over 3hrs on a table. You probably could have had it half done in the time you have spent babbling on about it in this thread.

    It's alright. It's on my tractor. It doesn't flow enough to do big holes but I got it for smaller holes, for example I have 50 directional signs to install on a large campus with two holes each, this will be great spinning the 9" bit, I have my sights on a mini excavator for the bigger jobs

    ok thanks everyone. It sure is a heck of a lot slower doing 10 pass on the latex then the 4 pass on the solvent. I dont mind it being slower when I am printing high dollar jobs, but it just stinks when We are doing yard signs going that slow. Other then that its a great machine

    We use mainly fdc and ritrama media for doing the basic coro, pvc, alum signs and the prints look like crap with anything under 10 pass. We have the profiles from the manufacturer. With my other printer the hp9000 it prints ok on 4 pass. This is costing me a ton for ink just to print freakin...

    you will have enough surface area with that size panel that if you are fastening into something solid behind it you wont have any problems, just know when tight is tight. Putting up some spacers beforehand to take up the depth wont hurt either though

    I have 1000 dollar hilti drills on my truck and 180$ bosch bulldogs and 500$ hitachi's on my other guys trucks, we still all get the same jobs done in relatively the same time. I just dont have to worry about them destroying my really nice stuff.
